Service Agreement

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. One Call Tech Solution provides independent paid informational assistance for new-customer satellite internet signup preparation, publicly available package and equipment information, provider-directed activation steps, and general self-installation guidance.

Independent Service

One Call Tech Solution is not an internet provider, equipment manufacturer, reseller, provider customer-support department, or authorized representative. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any provider or manufacturer.

Your Account and Decisions

You retain control of your provider account, credentials, order, plan, equipment choice, payment, consent, and acceptance of provider terms. You are responsible for reviewing information and authorizing all transactions. Do not send passwords or highly sensitive credentials through email or website messages.

Service Limitations

• We do not supply internet service, subscriptions, network access, or provider billing
• We do not dispatch technicians or perform mounting, cabling, repairs, relocation, or onsite work
• We do not provide outage, warranty, cancellation, or existing-account customer support
• We do not control or guarantee provider eligibility, availability, pricing, equipment, shipping, activation, speed, uptime, or performance

When official provider action is required, you must contact or use the applicable provider's official resources.

Fees and Payments

• The scope and price of our independent assistance will be explained before purchase
• Payment to us covers only the agreed independent assistance
• Provider subscriptions, equipment, shipping, activation, installation, taxes, and other third-party charges are separate
• No provider purchase is included unless expressly and lawfully disclosed in writing

Cancellations and Refunds

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be disclosed before payment and are also described in our Return & Refund Policy. Provider transactions are governed by the applicable provider or seller.

No Guarantee

Guidance is provided based on information available at the time and does not guarantee signup approval, equipment availability, delivery, activation, coverage, speed, uptime, savings, or any provider-controlled outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for our independent assistance is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the specific assistance giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for provider decisions, third-party transactions, outages, manufacturer defects, property work, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
